About the Position
You will be responsible for managing the Help Desk as the Resort’s main station for recording complaints, building service requests, and safety risks using the Engineering Department’s CAFM System.
The job will require processing requests quickly and effectively, adhering to Engineering FM Policy and Company Procedures, and providing feedback to Senior Management.
The chosen applicant will focus on decreasing costs while improving productivity by implementing best practises in maintenance, environmental and safety regulatory compliance, event organising, space allocations, and other areas.
Your ability to communicate clearly with consumers and take appropriate action will be critical to your success.
Who are you?
Our ideal applicant will have a minimum of 5 years of Facilities Maintenance experience.
The ideal applicant will have hands-on rectification/diagnostic experience as well as a background in Preventative and Reactive Maintenance.
You must be able to work effectively under pressure, possess excellent computer skills, and be able to solve problems quickly.
